About Our Free Beta

*Coin Flow is in free beta and invite only — a real person reviews every request. Once you're approved you get 30 days with everything switched on, and there is nothing to pay because we haven't built a way to take payment yet.

When the 30 days are up, your account becomes read-only rather than locked: every transaction, budget and report stays visible and exportable for as long as you want it. Only writing new data pauses. If you'd like more time, just ask — during beta we'll say yes.

Already using Coin Flow? Beta users from before this change keep their open-ended free access. Nothing about your account changed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Nothing charges you and there is no card to enter — we haven't built a payment system yet. Access starts as a 30-day trial with every feature switched on. If you want longer, ask us; during beta we'll say yes.

We can't honestly promise one yet. Connecting a bank costs us a fee per account every month, so a permanent free plan with live bank sync isn't something we can commit to before we know what this costs to run.

What we do commit to: your data is never held hostage. If you stop paying, or never start, the app goes read-only — you keep reading and exporting everything you ever put in, at no cost, indefinitely.

You can export everything as CSV at any time — including after a trial ends, when the app is read-only. Exports are deliberately never paywalled. Deleting your account removes all of your data from our servers permanently, after a 14-day grace period during which you can change your mind.

You can connect up to 10 bank accounts — each one carries a monthly fee from our bank-data provider, which is the one real cost of running Coin Flow. Budgets, categories, tags, Bitcoin wallets and imported transactions are unlimited.
